At the July 17, 2010 Membership Meeting, a question was posed regarding alternate means of voting.  Per the Bylaws, Article 1 - Meetings, Sections 5:  Any qualified member of the Association shall be entitled to vote at any meeting of the members provided that he or she is actually present at the meeting.  The use of proxies, powers of attorney or other delegations of the voting power are expressly prohibited.
