Construction Management Services The Board approved the recommended award for an RFP for construction management services to Triton Construction, LLP for work on the Middle School and High School enrollment and program space issues project. |

Gifts to the District The Board approved a gift of four picnic tables for the Middle School, with an approximate cost of $4,128, from the 2011 Eighth Grade Class. The Board also approved a $2,000 gift from the Future Stars AAU NY Basketball Club for use by the Athletic Department and to increase the budget by same amount. |

Space Options for the MS/HS
The District's newly appointed architects, KSQ Architects, presented space options for the Middle School and High School based on Dr. Seversky's Enrollment and Space Study. The District Capital Planning Status Update presentation focused on the following:
- A historical overview of Dr. Seversky's reports
- Architect's comments on Dr. Seversky's findings
- Enrollment growth/functional capacity/classroom inventory
- Overview of enrollment growth/education programs needed
- Overview of infrastructure needs
- Discussion of classroom addition "test" options
- Discussion of existing science labs
- Strategy to meet overall classroom inventory needs
- Preliminary (upper) athletic field study
- Other recommendations and observations
