Board Reorganization During the Board of Education reorganization meeting, Laura Slack was elected President and Ray Schmitt was elected Vice President. Both recited and signed their Oaths of Office. Karen Belanger and Edward Fox recited and signed their Oaths of Office as new and re-elected Board of Education members, respectively. |

Appointments The Board approved the following appointments for the 2011-2012 school year: Elaine Cuglietto as District Clerk, William Orricchio as Treasurer and Dr. Edward Shine as Deputy Treasurer, Gabriella O'Connor as Purchasing Agent and Kathleen Ryan as Deputy Purchasing Agent, Nancy Dunn as Claims Auditor, Kathleen Ryan as Collector of School Taxes, Dr. Bruno DiCosmo as Medical Coordinator, Frank Mangiamele as Asbestos Designee, Kathleen Ryan as Records Access Officer, Kathleen Ryan as Records Management Officer, Kathleen Ryan as Welfare Fund Trustee, and Dr. Edward Shine as District Representative to the State-Wide Schools Cooperative Health Plan (SWSCHP). Accume Partners, LLC was appointed to perform the District's internal audit function. The Board also appointed the following School District attorneys: Ingerman Smith, LLP, Alexander Ferrini, III, Daniel Vincillette, and Keane & Beane. Dr. Barbara Coven, Dr. Bruno DiCosmo, and Dr. Young Don Oh were appointed School Physicians. |
