Dive the San Juan Islands
September 11 and 12
Lu-Jac's Quest Diving the San Juan IslandsBathed daily by the nutrient rich waters of the Gulf of Alaska, the San Juan Islands are a Northwest diver's mecca. Islands too numerous to name, some only appearing at low tide, create innumerable dive sites.

Lu-Jac's Quest, principally a scuba dive charter in the San Juan Islands, is operated by Diver's Dream Charters, Inc. The boat was built in 1970 by the Rawson Boat Company. She began operating as a dive charter boat in 1998 out of Anacortes. Forty-two feet long with a 14 foot beam and a displacement of 25 tons, she is very stable in the water.

Join Matt Jenkins, our trip leader, for five dives as we travel from Anacortes to Friday harbor and back. Your cash trip cost, $245, includes three dives Saturday September 11, overnight lodging in Friday Harbor, two dives Sunday September 12. A continental breakfast and lunch aboard each day are included.

Space is available for a total of 10 guests. A $50 deposit will hold your space on this trip. For anyone who has not yet enjoyed the abundance of life below the waters of the San Juan Islands, this is a great introduction to some of the best diving in the Pacific Northwest. Don't be left out! To visit the Lu-Jac's Quest web site click HERE .

HydroSports Reminds You to Incorporate

Trip Insurance into Your Travel Plans

June 1 marked the official start to the 2010 Atlantic hurricane season, and forecasters are predicting it will be an active one. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is predicting a 70 percent probability of up to 23 named storms developing between now and Nov. 30, 2010; of those, eight to 14 of the storms are potential hurricanes.

Dire storm predictions are no reason to put travel plans on hold. Prepare yourself by enrolling in the DAN Trip Insurance.
