 Dear friends, We at Community Shares often ask you to consider your giving not only as a reflection of your interests and values but as the living expression of who you are. For many, self-expression is the most enjoyable part of giving! For this reason we're very excited to have you test-drive our monthly contest feature on www.mycoloradoproject.org. Each and every monthly contest will ask you to express yourself in words, photos, or videos for a chance to win a $500 donation to your giving circle or the Community Shares nonprofit member of your selection. The March contest is already underway so hurry and post your photo and vote on your favorites at www.mycoloradoproject.org/contest. This month we're challenging you to post the photo that could only have been taken in Colorado. Show us the fleeting moments with friends on a summer afternoon, the beauty of the natural environment, or the lasting memories that make you glad to be a citizen-philanthropist. Most importantly, ask your family, friends, and co-workers to vote for you as this month's winner! Submit your entry and vote on your favorites!

Colorful Colorado
My Colorado contests are dedicated to showcasing what makes Colorado great! Post a picture of wonderous mountains, sunshine, snow, skylines, parks, rivers, trees, or surprise us! Submit or vote on the photo which best expresses the values that make Colorado special!

This year's presentation will be of special significance as Community Shares celebrates 25 years as a community giving fund. We couldn't do it without you, and we hope you'll be in attendance as we share our story and celebrate 2010's Community Giving Campaign.
