Fruit Delight
Ingredients: - 1 red apple, cored and chopped
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
- 1 peach, pitted and sliced
½ cup dried apricots, diced
- 1 (8-ounce) plain/or vanilla goats milk yogurt
Cooking instruction:
1. In a large bowl, combine red apple, Granny Smith apple,
nectarine, celery, dried cranberries, and walnuts. 2. Stir Stevia into yogurt 3. Add fruit to
yogurt and mix. 4. Chill until ready to
serve.
