Denver's First Friday Art Walk August 5, 2011. John and fellow artist Craig Cleveland were invited by the Conari Gallery to create a large scale, live, gestural painting. Viewers and art walk participants were invited to pose in front of the large canvas where their silhouettes where lit by a large spotlight and their images painted onto the canvas.
