John has recently been nominated by Salt Lake City Weekly for a 2009 Arty Award for "Best Painting Exhibition" for his "Size Matters" show at the Pop Shops, Salt Lake City in January.
Bell received many local press acknowledements for this stunning exhibition featuring over 24 pieces of work from 2005-2009. If you attended the Pop Shops exhibition you'll understand why he has been nominated. John is one of the hardest working artists I know.
