Dear El Dorado Hills Resident,
Welcome to spring and the premier issue of The CSD Monthly! We're excited to announce the launch of this electronic newsletter as a service to you: El Dorado Hills residents, our community neighbors.
Here you'll find information on community events, park updates, recreation programs and more. Because we're interested in preserving the environment that makes El Dorado Hills such a wonderful place to live, each issue of The CSD Monthly will also include a Green Living Tip.
We promise to deliver The CSD Monthly as a useful communication vehicle to keep you informed. We'd love to hear your feedback, so please let us know your thoughts. Check out our website to register for our classes online and find answers to many questions.

Park Spotlight: Promontory Community Park

One of the newest parks in El Dorado Hills is Promontory Community Park, which opened in March 2007. In addition to impressive vistas, Promontory Park provides the community extensive sports facilities, including two state-of-the-art tennis courts that are considered one of the best places in our area for a match. Phase II construction at the south end of the park begins this summer. Click here for map, directions and more information. Parks Update |

Planning our Parks: Windsor Point & Lake Forest
Final plans for these two proposed parks are currently in the works. If you missed the planning workshops in January and February, click here to view the plans. E-mail your questions, comments, concerns to dhillyer@edhcsd.org. Ballots were sent to property owners on March 21 with the proposed assessment numbers. Please review your ballot carefully, vote and return it as soon as possible. Ballots must be received by May 8. For more information visit the Planning Department's website.

CC&Rs: What Are They?
CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) are deed restrictions that are contractual limitations of property owner rights. You can help maintain your property's value - even during housing price downturns - by consistently being compliant with CC&Rs. More information about CC&Rs and the Design Review Committee can be found here. | |
