Recent Additional Equipment Purchases Enlarge Scope of Work
Purchase of various machines in the past couple years have increased our toolroom capabilities, listed below are a few examples of recent additions.
- Milltronics Lathe - turn up to 16" diameter (26" over gap) x 160" long
- Gantry Mill - machine plates up to 121" x 61" x 12"
- Johnford 2100SH CNC Bridge Mill - machine larger parts up to 81" x 71" x 31" 50 taper
- Haas EC1600 Horizontal Mill - up to 60" x 40" x 32"
We have also increased our overall machining capacity with the addition of machines and toolmakers in every department. |

Production CNC Machining Facility
We have a complete lineup of CNC lathes, as well as vertical and horizon  tal mills, that are dedicated to medium and high volume machining. Our focus is providing production component parts machined complete from bar stock, or secondary machining operations on small to medium size cast, stamped, forged, or formed parts.
