The series in 18/10 stainless steel for all kinds of hot and cold preparations:fryers,cooking ovens,refrigerated units etc. Fully suitable for contact with foodstuffs in accordance with UE89/109 Standards, it ensures perfect hygiene,thanks  also to easy cleaning (is dishwasherproof). The series in polycarbonate has such features of toughness and non-deformability that the containers are unbreakable. The total transparency of the material and a handy graduated scale facilitate all storage operations.
Contents can be identified immediately and the quantity rapidly checked. They are fully suitable for all types of cold preparations and are heat resistant up to 99 degree centigrade so they can be used in microwave cooking.
They do not absorb odours or fats and are easily washed in the dishwasher.
