Whatever you call it, we have it. At least a bit of it.
Given the size of the shop, it shouldn't be a huge surprise that our spirits selection is very, very well edited. We'll expand it over time, but for our initial dip, we've tried to cover the necessities: ingredients for a Negroni (check), Fernet Branca (check), tequila that won't rot your gut (check), fancy organic Swedish potato vodka in a really cool bottle (check.) (Ok, we admit our definition of "necessity" may be a little off, but that's nothing new.)
Since we're in the process of building our selection, we're happy to hear any suggestions you may have. Anything from, "I'd really love to see brand X" to "how about a gin under $25?" No promises, but we'll see what we can do.
