GoMobile Advertising Celebrates its Three Year Anniversary!
|
GoMobile Advertising, a front-runner in the experiential and mobile
advertising industry, is celebrating its three year anniversary. The
company was founded in October 2005 with a mission to break through the
cluttered advertising industry by focusing on branding, promotions and
community through mobile mediums. Since it's founding, GoMobile
Advertising has partnered with large international companies like
AT&T, Hitachi and IKEA, as well as local businesses and community
organizations to create engaging campaigns that have rendered palpable
results.
"The past three years have been an exciting and rewarding journey for
us," said GoMobile President Chris Schuler. "The experiential
advertising industry has seen tremendous growth and we are thrilled to
have the opportunity to continue to expand as it does. Our team of
devoted and extremely hard-working individuals has proven to be the
bottom line for our success and we look forward to working together to
create more amazing and innovative campaigns in the future."
GoMobile Advertising's accomplishments include receiving the coveted
OBIE Award for excellence in advertising in the special f/x category
for their IKEA 2007 catalog launch promotion - after which nine
subsequent campaigns have followed between the pair, as well as a 100+
market campaign for Hitachi and sponsorships for community
organizations like Goodwill's 2008 Glitter Gala, happening in November.

IKEA Teen Hits the Streets!
|
SEATTLE - Furniture giant IKEA is taking a unique approach to the traditional window display in its latest campaign by bringing an entire room to the streets in a mobile showroom set to tour South Seattle during the month of October.
The display showcases a fully furnished teenager's room, complete with a bunk bed, desk, dresser, and accessories. The purpose of the mobile showroom is to promote IKEA Teen, a popular section of the store specifically designed for 13-19 year olds. "IKEA Teen features hip, durable furniture and accessories that can transform any room. Teens today are constantly on-the-go, so we tried to mirror that lifestyle in our campaign by utilizing a mobile showroom," says Carol Merry, Marketing Director at IKEA Seattle.
The innovative glass-walled truck comes courtesy of GoMobile Advertising, an experiential marketing company that focuses on out of home advertising. The vehicle, which runs on Biodiesel fuel, has been used in eight previous campaigns with IKEA, with past promotions including the Twice Yearly Sale and the 2007, 2008 and 2009 IKEA Catalog release.
