 SEATTLE
- The A&W Sweets & Treats Mobile has been touring around the Yakima Area since July 3rd promoting their Sweets & Treats campaign and handing out samples of various flavors of their new slushees. The mobile tour has made stops at A&W locations and various parks, pools, community centers and local youth tournaments around the Yakima, Tri-Cities and Walla Walla areas. A&W is utilizing a branded Segway and a special mobile advertising truck for their Sweets & Treats campaign, which features 6 scrolling mobile billboards showcasing the new A&W Cherry Lemonade slushee and BananaBerry Dream smoothee. In a 3D mobile showroom, the truck features a replica of a 1950's A&W diner, serving samples of the sweet treats to event crowds. The state-of-the-art truck comes courtesy of GoMobile Advertising, an experiential marketing company that A&W is partnering with for their campaign. "The idea of a mobile slushee machine where we could engage consumers by demonstrating the product on-the-go is just what A&W needed to get the word out", said Chris Schuler, President of GoMobile Advertising. A&W and GoMobile Advertising's campaign will wrap up August 3rd. |

Dear , Summer Facts to Beat the Heat! Did you know that out of home (OOH) advertising is a 1.5 billion dollar
industry annually? Not just that, but it's growing rapidly: in 2009 it
is expected to grow by 22.4% to nearly 2 billion. In order to stay on
the cutting edge of OOH marketing, simply "keeping up" is never
enough. To truly succeed, you must keep yourself one step ahead of the
rest of the industry. Innovation is the key, and here at GoMobile,
we're consistently looking for opportunities to beef up our marketing
offerings to stay on forefront as leaders in the new media and
nontraditional marketing industry. Aside from our extremely successful
living art displays and scrolling billboards in our mobile vehicles, we
also offer cutting-edge Bluetooth and SMS texts, digital signage, and
digital touch screen technology to our clients, just to name a few. Bluetooth
and SMS texts provide our clients the ability to offer free and safe
downloads for customers through their cell phones. This technology
makes it more convenient than ever for customers to be connected to a
brand in a mutually beneficial way: the client's name is getting out
to the public in a targeted fashion, and the consumer is receiving
handy discounts for the products they may be already looking for. This
technology also acts as an excellent gathering tool and is 100%
measurable. Digital
signage
is a unique opportunity that is being offered to clients in the Seattle, WA area through GoMobile. It allows a client to create a
captivating message that will reach target audiences in restaurants,
office buildings, salons, supermarkets, etc to increase profits. In
fact, 33% of viewers make an unplanned purchase after seeing featured
product advertising. The
digital
touch screen is a professional, effective system that allows clients to
increase productivity in taking customer orders. It
simplifies the ordering process on both sides of a business transaction
and allows for a more smooth exchange between employee and customer.
The system is 100% customizable and flash-compatible, so it's never
been easier for us to create a tailored system for each client's unique
needs. The opportunities are endless with this technology. In fact,
we've already
begun testing digital touch screens in taxicabs in the Seattle, WA market and are seeing outstanding results. With this system,
advertisers receive total undivided attention from each of the 2400
passengers that view them each month, and have a high recall rate. At
GoMobile, nontraditional media is the name of our game, and we'll
continue to provide the latest technology available to our clients in
order to continue to create the most successful campaigns in the
business. Stand by for more exciting news to follow! Mike Seifert President GoMobile Advertising Network

IKEA Uses Mobile Showroom to Deliver 2009 Catalogs
|
SEATTLE - In order to help roll out the 2009 issue of their popular idea book to eager followers, IKEA is taking a unique approach to the traditional delivery system: they're getting help by using a mobile billboard and 3D showroom vehicle from GoMobile Advertising, an experiential marketing company. The truck will travel around the greater Puget Sound area, as well as make appearances at local fairs, festivals, and parades, passing out approximately 1 million copies of the IKEA catalogs for the third straight year.
"This year, you'll find 374 pages that provide ideas, inspiration, and solutions to everyone's home furnishing needs. The theme for our 2009 IKEA catalog is 'Home is the most important place in the world'. It will showcase our unique point of view - the home is made for living. You will find that we are focusing on three main areas of the home - the kitchen, the bedroom, and living room." says IKEA Store Manager, Laurie Helm. "We're always excited this time of year to show our customers all of our new products at our new lower prices." The free-of-charge catalog will be released July 29th in more than 27 languages and shipped to over 35 countries around the world.
The BioDiesel-fueled truck is a signature vehicle by GoMobile Advertising, and features mobile billboards on multiple sides that display new IKEA products at their ever-affordable prices. The crown jewel of the truck is a complete living space encapsulated in the truck's glass sides that acts as an invitation to the IKEA store as well as inspiration to customers. This is the seventh partnership for IKEA and GoMobile, with past campaigns including the Twice Yearly Sale and their latest, "Live Small (in a BIG way)!" which showcased living ideas for small spaces and dorm rooms.
The campaign kicks off July 29th and ends September 1st.

A Slam "Dunk" for Las Vegas Dunkin' Donuts Campaign
|
LAS VEGAS - Targeting the 2 million residents and 39 million annual
visitors of the fast-paced city of Las Vegas is no easy task, but with
the energy that mobile marketing can bring, it becomes a lot easier. That's
why Dunkin' Donuts partnered with William Crozer and Carrie Mauriello
Crozer of Fast Track Moving Media in Las Vegas for their product
awareness campaign.
Two mobile vehicles carrying promotional
characters "Cuppie" and "Sprinkles" made the rounds down the strip
interacting with crowds through wireless microphones inside 3D
displays, and 9 unique scrolling banners each featuring different
Dunkin' Donuts products were also utilized. The trucks attended
special events including LV Speedway's "Bullring" fireworks night with
15,000 spectators and the Fourth of July on Water Street with 50,000
revelers, and each created quite a buzz around the innovative
promotion. Congratulations to Fast Track Moving Marketing for a
successful campaign!
