GoMobile Advertising Launches GoMobile TV
GoMobile TV
Brett Bibby, VP of Business Development

At GoMobile Advertising we continue to strive to offer our partners the most compelling out-of-home marketing solutions.  Therefore, we are pleased and excited to announce the launch of GoMobile TV...a network of video advertising in Seattle-area convenience stores.

Convenience stores offer a unique opportunity to impact people...in a clutter-free environment.  Our integration of content, 30-second spots, billboards and tickers are designed for maximum impact and a high-level of engagement with every customer that enters the store.  Our branded, 42" LED monitors will be a highly visible and attractive focal point at each and every location.

Our partners at Select Media Networks have secured the highest-volume "C-Stores" in the area and are providing the back-end, technical support for the network.  Using the latest, wireless digital technology, we will have the ability to change your creative daily if you desire.

We will have a "beta" location up and running in mid-February and the full network comes on-line on March 31...just in time to augment your spring marketing campaigns.

The model calls for a very small number of initial partners to insure maximum impact.  We are pleased to discuss category exclusivities that will enhance your brand even more.

Research shows that this type of messaging has the ability to really move the needle on sales.  Up to 74% of purchase decisions are made at the point of sale.  Additionally, 33% of individuals will make an unplanned purchase after viewing this medium.   GoMobile TV gives you the ability to showcase your message at this critical moment!

Our first partners are on board and we are looking to wrap up efforts on the initial launch in the next several weeks.  Please let me know if you are interested in becoming part of our launch.  I look forward to talking with you about this exciting opportunity!

Study Shows Americans Spending More Time In Cars
Americans indicate they are spending more time in-car and believe they are encountering more traffic. Thirty-nine percent of Americans say they are spending more time in-car versus one year ago, while 37% estimate they are spending about the same time. Less than one-quarter of Americans (24%) say they are spending less time in-car versus one year ago. A huge majority (70%) say traffic has gotten worse compared to a year ago. Only 13% say they are experiencing less traffic, while 17% say they are encountering the same amount.  According to the recently released Arbitron Commuter Study, average U.S. Census commute time has increased 14% from 1990 (45 minutes to 51 minutes round-trip). Every one of Arbitron's 287 markets has experienced an increase in time spent commuting. Not only has every market been affected, but the greatest percentage increase in time spent commuting is often found in the smaller and medium markets.
