ICL Residents to Perform The Miracle Worker for Special Guest

Brooklyn Borough Hall Lights Up for ICLIf you're unable to join us at our Giving Voice to Independence Gala on May 11th, simply look to the skies that night...or at least over to Brooklyn Borough Hall, which will be lit in ICL's colors of blue and white to recognize our special evening.
