Share Your Opinion About Environmental Issues
Now that Earth: The Operators' Manual has aired, the producers want to know what viewers and non-viewers think about current environmental issues. You can take this survey even if you did not watch the program. If you did watch the program, we would like to know what you thought about it. We are especially interested in hearing back from those who took the pre-survey before viewing the program. Survey respondents will be entered into a drawing for several prizes, including $100 and $25 Amazon.com gift cards. You will have approximately a 1 in 50 chance of winning. If you are interested in participating, please click on the link to take the survey. If you have any questions about the survey or the evaluation, please contact Camellia Sanford by phone at (812) 333-8883 or e-mail  etom@rockman.com. Thank you for your feedback.
