| Don't Miss: Free Kid Admission - October 30 |
 Kids 17 and under will receive free entry with paid adult admission all day Saturday, October 30 for Balboa Park Halloween "Family Day." The Fleet will host hands-on Halloween themed activities throughout the day, including "Pumpkin Anatomy" (11AM - 3PM) for kids age 5 and under in the newly renovated "Kid City" exhibition. Older visitors can check out DNA activities with scientists from the Salk Institute (1PM - 4PM). Plus, don't miss a peek at the Fleet's creepy, crawly hissing cockroaches! Science Center Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

| NEW! Thursday Class Added to "Young Scientists" |
 The popular "Young Scientists" program for preschool children, age 3 to 5, and their parent, is now offering a Thursday class option. Other groups currently meet weekly for 1 month every Wednesday or Friday. Now you can join the fun by signing up for the Thursday session. The next session, "Body Basics" begins November 10th.
