| New Exhibition: "Earth Exposed" | 
This summer, come face
to face with erupting geysers, crumbling mountains, and wind driven waves at
the new 5,000 square foot exhibition, "Earth Exposed." Nature is a work in
progress, and this collection of more than 25 exhibits allows you to get
up-close and hands-on with many of the fundamental forces that continually
shape and reshape the planet.
Please note the Main Exhibit Gallery will be closed Monday, June 7 - Friday June 18 during the change-over in exhibitions from "Motion Mania" to "Earth Exposed." The Fleet Science Center's seven other hands-on galleries including, "Kid City" and "Block Busters!" will remain open during the exhibition installations.

As a reminder, the Fleet supports our local military and their families every day of the year! The Fleet offers 12 free admission days per year to military and their families to enjoy the Science Center's exhibit galleries for free, and IMAX films discounted to $8.50 per person. Free admission for military and their dependents is offered on the first Tuesday of each month. Upcoming Free Tuesdays are: July 1, July 6, August 3 and September 7. Vouchers - good for one IMAX film and all exhibit galleries - may be purchased at a 20% discount from MWR ticket offices throughout San Diego.
