Reuben H. Fleet Science Center's Tinkering Exhibit
Tinker Away!
Now open in the Fleet's Main Exhibit Gallery, "Tinkering" is our newest exhibition, with more than 20 hands-on exhibits that use pulleys, electrical circuits, turntables, paper airplanes, bicycle wheels, wind tunnels, animation systems, and more to bring out the "inner inventor" in everyone. The exhibition also features a 600 square-foot, workshop-style "Tinkering Studio," where inventive minds of all ages can use household items (spools, corks, CDs, boxes, etc.) to build catapults, robots, roller coasters, and infinitely more.
