The Chapter will and can not continue to be a success without the elbow grease of its members. We need members who are willing to give some of their time and expertise to the development and growth of the chapter.

Do you have a skill set that you want to work on? Doesn't everybody have a personal development plan in their current position? Why not meet the needs/requirements of your position by setting the example and leading one of the NSN Chapter Committees?
 
If not you, then who? If not now, then when (are you going to sharpen your saw)?
 
We need a Chairperson both the MEMBERSHIP & PROGRAMS COMMITTEES. We need them NOW! We need people to work on those committees.
