Beginning the week of June 4, a summer schedule of office hours will go into effect for our synod's offices and Resource Center. Those hours will be 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The office will be closed on Friday during the summer. In the event of an emergency situation occurring on a Friday, the telephone message will direct you to a member of the pastoral staff who is serving on call that day. This summer schedule will conclude on Friday, August 31. The Monday through Friday schedule will resume the following week.
Planning to visit our synod's offices and Resource Center during the week of June 18? If so, enter at your own risk! Drawer-dumping, file-flinging, paper-pitching and closet-cleaning are just a few of the activities planned for that week. The synod office staff will be "dressed down and dirty" for a four-day flurry of cleaning, polishing and re-organizing. Best advice? Plan your visit to the sparkling, squeaky-clean synod suite for the week of June 25.
