TAKE ACTION FOR
PERFORMANCE RIGHTS!

The House Judiciary Committee voted in favor of The Performance Rights Act this week!

Performance Rights Act The bill would finally close the "corporate radio loophole" and allow performers to be compensated when their recordings are played on terrestrial radio, just as they are on Internet and satellite radio.

Despite enormous  pressure from the broadcaster's lobby to kill this bill it passed.  We can move this bill forward with your help.

Please take action via our new 802 political lobbying tool to send a message to your representatives. Please pass this on to your friends and neighbors asking them to act also.
