Free Change Readiness Audit Now Available for the Android Smartphone

Change Guides LLC has released a Droid version of the Change Readiness Audit App following the successful launch of the iPhone version in 2010. The original iPhone App was featured as "New" and "What's Hot" when it was launched on the Apple App Store. Since its release in May, 2010, the free iPhone Change Readiness Audit has been downloaded more than 20,000 times.

The Change Readiness Audit App http://www.changeguidesllc.com/products/craApp.asp is a great assessment tool that can be done individually or as a group. By answering a few questions, it helps you understand what it takes to drive change successfully and assesses how you are doing on a current change.

The Change Readiness App will guide you through five sections, each covering a critical success factors for effective change. Answer the questions and get feedback about each critical success factor. When you have completed all of the sections, you will also get feedback about your overall readiness for change.

The questions are quick and easy to answer - choose between "yes", "somewhat", and "no" for each question. In less than 10 minutes, you will know how you are doing, as well as areas where you might need to beef up your plans to help people in your organization become ready, willing, and able to work in new ways.
