 | Keep the dollars in our Pewaukee community is the purpose behind our Pewaukee Chamber Coupon book.
|
Since so many of you told us you want to participate but haven't been able to create your coupon yet - we have decided to extend the deadline until March 16 and distribute the books the first week in April.
We believe in this "Buy Local Concept" and want at least 100 coupons, 20 of them restaurants to make this a successful first time endeavor.
The only way this Value book will be possible is with Pewaukee Chamber Members advertising in it. The cost is affordable for all size business, only $100 per year (valid through 12/31/2012), and your business will be exposed to current and potential new customers. A minimum of 2,000 books will be printed and distributed. by chamber members (two free books with each ad) and non-profit groups who will make $3 per book.
If you offer a service that can't be discounted - think about cross marketing with another Chamber Business.

| Pewaukee Kiwanis have meetings 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at Park Avenue Pizza. If you are interested in learning more about their many activities and programs which benefit our Pewaukee community, contact President Bill Nicholson.

Come join Positively Pewaukee for the Annual Holiday Fest event. Free event includes kids crafts, music by the Broadway Singers, tours of the Museum and pictures with Santa. Mrs. Santa will be at Pewaukee Library from 10:00 a.m. - Noon reading stories, singing songs and giving out treats. Pewaukee Water Ski Club from 9 - Noon will be collecting boat loads of food for the Pewaukee Food Pantry at Walmart. Gethsemane United Methodist Church, 642 Main Street, from 9 - 1:00 p.m. will have thousands of festival cookies and candy on display for purchase and to fill provided bakery boxes. $7 per lb. And don't forget to attend Jodi Keene's Open House from 11 - 4 (see flyer in left column).

The Lake Country Publications and Lake Country Rotary will donate .70 for every dollar you donate to the Pewaukee Food Pantry from now until December 20, 2011. This wonderful 'Yule Feed Families' drive could help our Food Pantry recoup financially from our economically tough summer. In addition it will help pay for the Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner boxes we distribute to about 150 families.
