"Give to Get"

arrows
It works both ways.  You must "give to get".  Share with the rest of the chamber your story, encouraging members to support each other

According to networking experts, one must "give to get" to reap the benefits  resulting in referrals, leads and ultimately "growing your business".  Let us know how you have worked with other chamber members and we will publish your stories.  We want our Chamber to be known as one that promotes, supports, refers and uses each other!

"We purchased a business insurance policy from Vince Worley of Security Insurance Agency. We were extremely happy with his response time and the quote." Patti Maynard, Maynard and Belt, CPA's.

"Greg at Cartridge World sold us a new HP printer with CHEAP cartridges.  The printer is a dream and we are spending $15 vs. $63 per cartridge - what a difference!  Lesson learned - when you need a printer - ask Greg the cost of replacement cartridges and base your decision on the ink cost - not the cost of the printer."  Kathy Eckhardt, Pewaukee Chamber

"I had a wonderful fish fry at Salsa Cafe and Cantina last month.  I found the fish delicious, the service fast and a fun atmosphere."  Kathy Oleinik, Neighborhood Welcome

"I have purchased promotional products from LaVonne Beecher, Safari Specialty Advertising, for the third time."  Steve Bergelin, Realty Executives

"My website crashed and Fred Miller from Atalanta Consulting saved the day by getting me back up and running."  LaVonne Beecher, Safari Specialty Advertising

"Mike Parve at Goff's Collision Repair Centers on Duplainville Road rolled out the 'red carpet' for me when I needed the spare tire carrier on my RAV4 repainted.  I didn't even need to leave my car there.  And they are adding a clear plastic finish so that my bike carrier won't continue to add scratches.  My kind of guys!  Kathy Eckhardt, Pewaukee Chamber

"I began seeing Dr. Tadd from Chiropractic and Wellness on Pewaukee Lake" for my shoulder/neck problems and so far so good." Shannon Schlitz, Hau and Associates

" Our Chamber Heroes"

Chamber Heroes
We thank our Chamber Heroes!

We thank the following Chamber Members for their outstanding support of the Pewaukee Chamber of Commerce

Shannon Schlitz, Hau and Associates, who donated over 14 hours reconciling the Quickbooks Tri-Chamber Golf Account.  She's an accounting whiz so if you are ever in need of accounting help - we highly recommend her!

Kathy Oleinik, Neighborhood Welcome, who planned the Pewaukee Chamber Open House, coordinating the set up, food, door prizes and personally inviting many of the guests!

Fred Miller, Atalanta Consulting , who donated 3 hours networking our new printer to our two computers.  Whenever we need computer help - we call Fred!

Kathy Reading, The Scan Group, created and donated a beautiful marketing brochure for the Pewaukee Chamber of Commerce - our first ever and we are so proud of it!  Thank you so much.  You can view it in the first column of this newsletter.

Ron Wurm, Design Wurm, who contributes every month to this newsletter by converting pdf images to jpegs as well as completing many design projects for us. Ron is very pleasant and agreeable and we depend on him a great deal.  We are so glad he chose to join OUR chamber!

Sandy Wysocki, Business Journal of Greater Milwaukee volunteered her daughter, Lauren Wysocki to serve an internship with us last semester donating several hours per week working on various membership projects.  Lauren also sold raffle tickets for us at the 4th of July festivities.  Lauren is moving to Minnesota where she will be attending school in the fall. Thank you Lauren for all you have done for us.

Patty Gale, Inspired Webworks, for the creation, design and maintenance of our website:  www.pewaukeechamber.org It's so much easier to work with than our former website.  Be sure you register for her workshop on September 28 at WCTC!  Patty is also an expert at Social Media and "tweeted" our Open House for us!

Thank you everyone!
