Municipal Update

• Menard's will be undergoing a building project for a new building in their storage yard to the north of the store and will be converting an existing storage/warehouse area within the store's current footprint to a garden center with retractable doors on the east side of their store.
•  Tires Plus is expected to break ground in July on their new facility in the Meadow Creek Market shopping center just to the south of PNC Bank.
• Costco's is expected to break ground in July and their Grand Opening will be in October.
• Aldi's will also hold a Grand Opening in October.  
• Our sincere thanks to Village Trustee Paul Evert for his assistance in providing electricity to power our beverage and concession tents during the July 4 festivities.
• Village of Pewaukee considers creating an Economic Development Authority, which is an independent board that has certain unique powers, including purchasing so-called blighted properties and selling the land to developers...
