NYFA MARK10 In Progress CRC is pleased to be partnering with NYFA to bring the MARK10 program to the Syracuse area.  MARK is the New York Foundation for the Arts' (NYFA) new statewide six-month program for visual artists who want a unique opportunity for individualized focus on the professional side of their creative practice
. For this session twelve artists will partake in this professional development program commencing this month.

The Adventures of RudolphThe Adventures of Rudolph 2009
CRC and The Center of Ballet and Dance Arts in Syracuse want to thank the 5,500 students, children, teachers, and families that attended one of the five December 2009 performances of "The Adventures of Rudolph."

Register for Arts Day
February 2 in Albany, NY

Join hundreds of arts advocates in Albany on February 2, 2010.

  • Check in at Arts Day Headquarters in the WELL in the LOB (Legislative Office Building)
  • Pick up your Arts Day buttons, Briefing papers including Talking points and NYSCA History
  • Attend Arts Day Briefings at 10am and 12:30pm led by Judith Weiner and others
  • Hear remarks by Assemblyman Steve Englebright and Senator Jose Serrano

Calls for Entry

Made in NY 2010 at Schweinfurth Memorial Art Center Annual juried exhibition in Auburn open to artists residing in New York State.  Taking place March 27- May 16, 2010.  2010 Jurors: Joan Lyons & John Von Bergen. $25 entry fee for nonmembers; deadline January 15, 2010

Cortland Arts and Wine Festival Over 60 artists set up on the lawn throughout the Courthouse Park for the 2009 show. Over $1,000 in prizes will be distributed including $100.00 for Best of Show. Taking place in Cortland, NY on Aug. 7, 2010; deadline June 1, 2010
