Foundation donors tell their stories; their legacies endure in Rhode Island
  • The memory of beloved Rhode Island businessman, educator, and philanthropist Bernard Buonanno will live on at his cherished Classical High School.

  • Beloved Rhode Island artist Maxwell Mays will forever assist the Audubon Society as they steward his property in Coventry - a place of peace and inspiration.

  • Innovative primary healthcare programs will benefit from grants made through the RIGHA Foundation Fund.

  • And employees of one of Rhode Island's oldest and most respected insurance businesses, Starkweather & Shepley, will continue giving back to the state through the company's charitable fund.

These are just a few examples of donors who established funds at the Foundation last year. You can read about their legacies, and learn more about our grant programs, highlights of our impact in Rhode Island, celebrations, financial and investment details, and much more in our 2010 annual report online.
