Nonprofit leaders engage in discussion at a recent INE workshop.
The Foundation's Initiative for Nonprofit Excellence (INE) offers a robust set of workshops and seminars for new as well as experienced nonprofit leaders. Our programs are designed to help you successfully meet a variety of challenges you may face.
Executive directors and senior staff
We've teamed up with local experts to offer workshops intended to help sharpen your skills in dealing with difficult staff and strategically grooming leaders in your organization.
You can attend a free session on using the right tools to assess your organization's strengths and opportunities or join a discussion with local bankers and nonprofit leaders to enhance communication between the two groups.
For executive directors who also wear an IT hat, we have a workshop just for you on how to keep your nonprofit technology and communications tools relevant.
You can participate in an intensive Board Bootcamp: understanding the current state of the nonprofit sector. Experts from the Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF) will help teams of board members understand and guide nonprofit management through tough times and avoid "trouble" before it is too late for turnaround. Bootcamp attendees will also have an opportunity to network with other board members and receive one-on-one consultation from NFF consultants. We're also offering our signature Boards 101 training with Frank Monti, CPA, both for current and new board members.
We are most grateful to Fidelity Investments and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island for their support of our board development program.
