Initiative for Nonprofit Excellence looks to the future with Nonprofit Emerging Leaders Program
In its continuing work to build the capacity of nonprofit organizations, the Initiative for Nonprofit Excellence has announced its newest offering, the Nonprofit Emerging Leaders Program.
Intended to help prepare the next generation of Rhode Island nonprofit leaders, the program is designed to strengthen the capacity of the nonprofit sector by providing unique learning opportunities for talented emerging leaders (age 40 and younger) who are in the early phases of their career.
Among the ways emerging leaders can get involved are:
- a series of networking opportunities;
- panel discussions with dynamic leaders from the field;
- intensive, hands-on workshops; and
- a year-long mentoring program for up to 15 emerging leaders.
