 ... is the author of the international award-winning classic, Training Cost Analysis,
published by the American Society for Training and Development. In
1989, Glenn established and co-chaired the Graduate Department of
Organizational Transformation and Leadership for Boulder Graduate
School in Boulder, Colorado. Also, he was instrumental in the
initiation and passage of the Training Technology Transfer Act by the
U.S. Congress in 1989. Currently, Glenn is in one of the top leadership
levels in his network marketing company and serves as Dean, Networking
University.
Glenn is the Dean of Networking University. Glenn earned
degrees from Texas A&M University in Business Management and
Educational Psychology. He is a pioneer in the development of advanced
learning technologies, from his days as a U.S. Air Force Officer
directing computer-based training research and development to his
consulting contracts with clients such as AT&T, Xerox and Federal
Express. He has had successful, home-based businesses since 1979 and
has helped many others set up their home offices. Glenn been involved
in Network Marketing since 1995, and has the distinction of sharing a
position with his wife, Marian, among the top 100 leaders in their
network marketing company since 1997. |

... is CEO of a multi-million dollar wellness business and author of the award-winning book, "Revolutionary Agreements: Twelve Ways to Transform Stress and Struggle into Freedom and Joy".
Marian
is a pioneer in business, government and education. Her diverse
experiences as organizer, facilitator, entrepreneur and leader include
serving on the US Senate staff for nine years; initiating and
co-chairing the first graduate school department on leadership and
organizational transformation; serving as Program Coordinator for the
historic Soviet-American Citizens' Summits in Washington DC and Moscow;
and co-facilitating the Global Forums of Spiritual and Parliamentary
Leaders in Oxford and Moscow. The latter provided a forum for leaders
such as the Dalai Lama, Mother Teresa, former Vice President Gore and
former President Gorbachev to work together to resolve issues of human
survival.
In
1985 Marian co-founded the Geneva Group, a network of businesspeople
formed around a set of principles that has since evolved into the
Revolutionary Agreements. Since that time, Marian has devoted herself
to introducing these principles into the lives and work of hundreds of
thousands of people throughout the world. In
2005, Marian was honored as "America's Next Top Author" by Conscious
One, an internet resource for self-help and enlightened business
information, with a membership of 750,000.
Marian's
passion for leadership and compassionate communication have led her to
speak before audiences of thousands; to consult with businesses ranging
from mom-'n'-pops to the Fortune 100; to serve on and chair national
and international committees and boards for both profit and nonprofit
organizations; and to continually search out new avenues and contexts
for her pioneering work.
As
one of the top 100 of a half million independent sales associates
for her network marketing company, Marian was elected by leader peers
in 2002 to serve as their first woman chairperson of the company's
international Associate Advisory Council.
Among her pioneering works, Marian co-authored VisionWorks: Setting Your Sights on Success; The American Team: 7 Steps to Genuine Teamwork in the White House and Beyond; and Rings of Empowerment. She serves as senior writer and editor for Networking Times and as a coach to private individuals and business leaders nationwide.
