I've talked with a number of people lately who are experiencing holiday stress: family visits, shopping, getting everything done, cooking for a crowd, parties, etc.
When we're feeling pulled in many different directions, it is even more important to be taking good care of ourselves. Otherwise, we don't enjoy the festivities as much as we can or we end up making ourselves ill by getting too run down.
What to do?
I've put together a list of "Possible Ways to Nurture and Care for Myself" that has both little and big things you can do to give yourself some much needed R&R during this holiday season.
Feel free to share it, print it out and put it where you'll be reminded to do one of the items listed, or just be inspired to do something good for yourself - which always ripples out to others.
