Xerox Drops Wide Format  update on Xerox machines status
Greetings! 

  • As most of you are aware Xerox Corporation announced they were getting out of the wide format business in the US on February 28,2011.
  • They stated they would continue parts and supplies for a period of 5 years from the date of the last install of a particular product.
  • Unfortunately, this does not guarantee parts for all Xerox Wide Format systems until 2016.
  • Many systems had reached Stop Order Taking status several years earlier. We have compiled a list of units and important dates below to help you determine where your particular model falls
  • Xact Supply will continue to provide service, parts, and supplies as long as they remain available from the manufacturer.
  • However, depending on the model you have you might want to consider replacement options.
.We have several manufacturers to choose from including Canon, HP, Oce' and KIP.We would welcome the opportunity to assist with your investigation of options.
