Express Yourself: Photo Contest
Do you have an artistic side that your career doesn't let you express? We thought so!
Every year the Softrak team creates an amazing Adagio calendar, and for 2013, we would love for the entire Adagio community to get involved. Not only do you get the fame of having your photo(s) in our calendar (over 1500 copies sent out last year alone!), but you will receive Adagio merchandise and a personal gift! So snap away this summer!
This is a social media only contest, so visit our Facebook contest page, or contact Nicole Bains at nicoleb@softrak.com for details.

Changes to Softrak's web site
|
This week will see the beginning of some major changes to Softrak's web site. Starting this week, you will be able to create your own personal account, User ID and password, so that we can start providing you with better access to your own installation codes and module information. There is no need to create an account if you don't want to, however we will be asking you to do so in order to download a Service Pack, Upgrade or other file.
To make this change as smooth as possible, we will be using the log in information you have already created for Softrak's Technical Support Forum. You'll be able to tell whether you are logged in or not by checking the top right hand corner of any web page. The web site will remember your User ID and other information for you once it's entered, and this information will be used to populate all of the forms on the web site.
All feedback about the site is welcome and you can send your comments to Amy Thiessen at amyt@softrak.com. If there is specific information you'd like to be able to find on our site, please send in the suggestion.

Send us a Summer Snapshot!
|
If you've installed a recent release of any Adagio module, you've installed some new functionality that we've added to the Help | System Status utility. This menu choice allows you to:
- Make sure that your Adagio modules are properly installed
- List the current versions of the modules that are installed
- Check for available updates to your Adagio modules
- Check the Version and count of your installed Lanpaks
- Check the Read-Write status of the Folders and registry entries used by Adagio
- Take a Snapshot of your current environment (this is new!)

We'd like to see a Snapshot of your system! (Don't worry, it doesn't send us anything about the data in your files.) This will give us an idea of the different hardware environments where people are using Adagio. When you click the 'System Snapshot' button, you'll see:

Check the 'Create e-mail with Snapshot file attached' box and let us know in the 'Optional Comments Section' anything you'd like to tell us about how your Adagio modules have been running. Send the e-mail to snapshots@softrak.com and click the 'Take Snapshot' button - we'll let you know that it's arrived safely. We'll then take a look at your snapshot and let you and your Adagio consultant know if we see anything unusual. If everything appears to be in order, you won't hear anything further. No charge!
