We would love the opportunity to earn your business!
In these unique economic times, a business cannot afford to lose clients. I think the same goes for apartments and their tenants. We believe ALL pest problems are solvable and that an apartment should never lose a tenant over a true pest problem.
Our goal as a company is to create and sustain a pest-free environment for your complex at reasonable rates. |
Stop Roaches from Spreading |
The German Cockroach is one of the most prolific urban pests. They have the ability to hide in very tight crevices and can easily hitch-hike in boxes and other items. This cockroach can also spawn large populations in a relatively

Part of a good service is to reduce the likelihood of an infestation to spread by:
-baiting cockroach harborages
-treating plumbing protrusions with a long-lasting dusts
-inspecting/treating adjoining units
-documenting/reporting sanitation issues to management
-follow-up to inspect previously treated units
These steps will help contain an infestation so it can be addressed until it is eliminated completely. For additional questions regarding German roaches, please email The Bug Man |
Inspecting for Bed Bugs |
|
"salt and pepper" |
Bed bugs problems have been popping up more and more in Apartment complexes. One of the most important steps of a Bed bug management program is awareness. If everyone knows what the signs of Bed bugs are and where to find them, infestations can be detected and addressed earlier. The easiest way to inspect for Bed bugs is to check the edges and seams of furniture for "salt and pepper" with a flashlight. The salt represents Bed bug eggs and the pepper is their fecal matter. However, a complete inspection should be conducted by a trained professional. Please contact our office for a complimentary inspection. |
