January 2012
Dear Friend of Holy Name High School:
The hallmarks of a Holy Name education are faith, responsibility, knowledge, leadership, passion, and compassion. Our graduates have been provided with the tools needed to lead fulfilling, productive, and faith filled lives. They make long lasting and positive contributions to our society and our community. By staying connected, our outstanding alumni and friends are an essential part of making Holy Name "What a Twenty-First Century Catholic School Should Be!"
Holy Name students are educated in the tradition set forth by the Sisters of St. Anne. Our students are taught to have respect for selves and others, and this respect is intrinsically related to responsibility. Alumni were taught the values of leadership, and they learned to appreciate the gospel of Jesus Christ through service to God and community.
Today, at Holy Name, students are being led along the same path. In classrooms and on athletic fields, through the performing arts and other extracurricular activities, during worship and daily interactions; faculty and staff are readying students for journeys that will be filled with joy and challenges. Holy Name students will be well prepared for both. Please consider supporting these students by making a donation through this year's Annual Appeal. All contributions go directly towards student programs and financial aid at Holy Name.
Just as Holy Name is continuously examining new ways to operate more efficiently and to provide more students with an outstanding Catholic education, we are also taking advantage of the internet and social media to keep alumni and friends connected. We update and share news and events regularly at holyname.net and on Facebook at The Official Page of Holy Name and the Holy Name Alumni Group.
Please consider the importance of a Holy Name education and make a thoughtful, generous gift today, and please connect with us through our updated social media sites. Thank You, and God Bless You and Yours!
Sincerely,
Edward Reynolds
