TABLE TOPICS LUNCHEON

Burst Out of Your Comfort Zone

Presented by: David Tyson, Jr. - CEO/Present of

Sales Trac Coaching & Management Development, Inc.

How often have you listened as someone rationalized his or her mishandling of a problem by externalizing its source: "I can't meet my projections because . . ." "My territory isn't large enough" or "Our prices are too high"? Closer scrutiny almost always reveals the source of the problem to be internal, stemming from the salesperson's concept of self - specifically, a state of mind that prevents him or her from breaking through his/her "success barrier." This state of mind is their "comfort zone."

Attend the October 2 Table Topics Luncheon and ...

  • Look at your comfort zone as a barrier to success
  • Burst out of your comfort zone and enjoy the exhilaration of accomplishment

Procrastination is not the enemy, your comfort zone got you there!

ALL ABOUT AUSTIN

Austin Council Connection

The Inner Game of Highly Effective Leaders
Kristin Robertson of Brio Leadership

Embrace the inner game of leadership and the habits of self-knowledge, self-management, and on-going reflection. Leaders set the tone for the effectiveness or dysfunction of their group. Those who pay attention to their own inner game will create a team environment in which everyone wins. In the context of this presentation, leadership is defined as being exercised by all who wish to make a difference and contribute to the organization's mission not just those who hold a hierarchical title.

You will come away from this session with many practical and surprising techniques to bring out your best, most effective, self in both everyday and crisis situations. You'll become a better leader and your team and those who work with you will reflect the change in you!
