Greetings!

Celebrate BE BODY POSITIVE DAY with us on August 7, 2011!

ANYWHERE you are in the world. You can do something alone, with family, friends, or just change the thoughts in your mind.  Join us to spend a day doing the things that pleasure you because in self-love you can make that choice!  The authors of Healthy Pleasures, Dr. David Sobel and Dr. Robert Ornstein write,  "In short, the healthiest people seem to be pleasure-loving, pleasure-seeking, pleasure-creating individuals."  We believe that seeking healthy pleasures, loving yourself and your body are not only a privilege but a right for EVERY person!

""As a little girl I used to dance through my home singing Maria's song from West Side Story.."I feel pretty. Oh, so pretty...I feel stunning, and entrancing, feel like running and dancing for joy...for I'm loved...!" Maria describes the way she feels because Tony is in love with her. Through my work with The Body Positive I've realized I can love myself into those joyous truths too! In self-love I feel like dancing, which is exactly what I will be doing on August 7th. I will be dancing and singing for I'm loved... by ME!""
