The striper bite is on FIRE! Don't miss this GREAT summer time action.

Remember, stripers are very sensitive to water temperature and live in the deep cold water on the south end of the lake during the summer. Consequently they are less affected by the heat and bright sunshine during the summer months and will often bite all day.

The summer time pattern is in full force and all of the summer time techniques are working. Live bait fishing with Blue Back Herring and trolling with lead core line, downriggers and umbrella rigs are producing some good numbers of quality stripers as you can see in just a few of the many pictures we have taken this month.

The month of July has been a very good month for striper fishing and August will be even better. We have had a blast with family trips this month and with only a few day left before school starts you may want to give us a call. We still have open dates in August.
