Drama Classes
Starting February 25th, SFMS will be offering after school drama classes. The classes are designed for ages 4-9 years. The students will put on a show for their parents in the last session. Click Here for more information.

Cell phone/Recycles
We are unable to take recycled containers at this time. Brenda Hand is in the process of moving and can not continue to take them at this time. She can however still take cell phone donations. We will let you know when we can accept your recycled containers again. |

Parking Lot Safety
If you use the Church Parking lot, please remember to drive especially slow as you pass the area where the Sandy Hill Children cross the driveway to get into their vehicles.

Re- Enrollment Packets
Re-enrollment Packets have been mailed out. You will find all the necessary information in the packet to enroll your child(ren) for the 2011-2012 school year. Packets will be due back on Friday, February 11, 2011. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Parents' Association News
The Pace of Parents' Association activity is about to pick up! We have a FREE movie night planned for March. This will be fun for the whole family and I hope all of you will join us. We also will begin planning our big end of year fundraiser, a Barbeque at San Dieguito Park. To make it a success, we need a lot of enthusiastic participants. PLEASE join us at the next PA meeting February 28 or contact me to find out how you can contribute to the planning.

There are Two important ways to help the SFMS PA:
Volunteer: There are a myriad of ways parents can contribute their time, energy, and expertise to the school. The PA needs many hands to successfully carry out its fundraising mission as well as accomplish its goals. Please review the attached form and check any areas in which you could offer your help. Forms can be returned to Jennifer Busick.
Financial Support: Participate in our fundraisers. These cost little to nothing but translate into real dollars for the school. Three simple ways to help are cut and send in Box Tops, shop with eScrip and buy gift cards. To purchase gift cards click here and send in order form with payment. We also have Chevy's Restaurant nights in which we see a significant percentage back from Chevy's. We will also be selling school t-shirts all year. Print an order form and send in with your child with a check made out to SFMS PA if you would like to purchase a SFMS t-shirt.
