Support Your Immune System

Before you become sick with the seasonal flu or the H1N1 virus, the staff at SolSpring offers advice on ways to support your immune system with tools necessary to fight infection.
"Receiving regular massage helps fight infection and increases the activity of white blood cells in your body. The white blood cells target and destroy infection," relays Bonnie Gildea, director of SolSpring. "When someone receives massage regularly, the immune system
is strengthened. Massage also increases antibody production in immune deficiency."
Massage also stimulates the lymphatic system which helps move waste products, degenerated cells and accumulations of fats and proteins out of your body.  Gildea advises, "Receiving spa services such as salt glows or sugar scrubs are good ways to stimulate the
lymphatic system."
Colon therapy is another treatment option to release toxins that build up in the body. Molly Beer, colon therapist, said, "Toxins build up in the colon and then become absorbed into the blood stream. When the colon is flushed with water (colon therapy) the toxins are
released and exit the body."
Another means of stimulating the lymphatic system is to practice dry skin brushing. This method involves using a natural hair bristle brush to lightly brush dry skin with short, brisk strokes moving up the body (from the ankles to hips, from wrists to shoulder). When this
process is followed with a bath or shower, dead skin cells are removed and the lymphatic system is stimulated.
Cleansing nasal passages regularly reduces the viral population that resides there. The simplest method to practice nasal cleansing is to use a Neti pot filled with warm salt water and then pour the liquid into each nostril to cleanse the sinuses and nasal cavity. Another option is to blow your nose hard once a day and swab both nostrils with cotton buds dipped in warm salt water. By performing this method daily, the immune system is supported and the body is detoxified.

Sprayology now offered at SolSpring

The key to a supplement's effectiveness is its ability to transport an appropriate amount of the active ingredient into the bloodstream in a timely manner.

The Sprayology oral sprays work faster and better  than a supplement that is in tablet form, because they are sprayed into the mouth under the tongue, where they are absorbed directly into the bloodstream to deliver immediate results and enhanced health benefits.

The Sprayology line consists of 21 FDA-regulated homeopathic formulas and two vitamin sprays designed to naturally alleviate today's most common health and wellness ailments. Sprayology treats issues ranging from lack of energy, sleeplessness and weight fluctuations to stress, jet lag, allergies, mental distraction, menopause symptoms and more. Sprayology's products offer a more convenient and enjoyable delivery of minerals and vitamins for faster relief, metabolic support, improved system functioning and detoxification.
