This morning at 9:25 am, without prior warning to the Bayonne Place POA Board, the McGeorge Company began blasting at the construction site on the West side of Chenonceau.  This first blast shook and rattled homes in our subdivision.   

The City of Little Rock has approved blasting as a "quick and less painful" way to excavate the new Ridge at Chenal apartment site.  Unfortunately, your POA Board has been unsuccessful in their efforts to block this blasting.  We are told that there are plans to blast about seven times.  Weather permitting, the next explosion will occur on Tuesday of next week.

Many home owners have already been contacted about possible claims of damage resulting from the blasting.  If you incurr any property damage, please contact Bob Cornish from the McGeorge Company at 501-490-1456.  Additionally, please contact your Board to update us about any problems.
