As residents of Bayonne Place, you belong to two-property owner's associations, Bayonne Place Property Owner's Association and Chenal Valley Property Owner's Association.
The Bayonne Place POA provides many services that make our neighborhood a wonderful place to live. We are responsible for all common area maintenance, watering, streetlights, insurance, legal issues, and landscaping in Bayonne. We are independent of the Chenal Properties POA.
The 2011 Bayonne Place POA dues of $200.00 were due on or before March 31, 2011. A $30 late fee is now due in addition to the $200.00 assessment. If you are receiving this email, we have not received your payment.

In the event of delinquency:
1) A $30 late fee will be assessed for any dues received after March 31, 2011.
2) On June 30, 2011, a list of all property owners with outstanding POA dues will be forwarded to our attorney to start the process of filing a lien on the property. In the event that a lien is filed, the property owner will owe $200, the $30 late fee, plus attorney fees and filing charges.
