| Greetings from your 2010 Bayonne Place POA Board.
We are currently preparing for the Bayonne Place Annual Meeting to be held on:
Saturday, February 5th at 10 am at the Thompson Library. At this meeting we will be electing new board members, reviewing the annual budget, and taking questions from our residents. We hope that all Bayonne Place residents will attend.
In the next few days, we will be mailing out a packet containing the 2011 Annual Meeting Notice, Meeting Proxy, and 2011 Dues Assessment. If you do not receive your packet by January 26, please contact Missy Bridges at bayonneplace@aol.com.

Bayonne Place Board Openings!
| We are looking for residents who are interested in volunteering to serve on the Bayonne Place Board. We will take nominations and vote to fill three board positions at the annual meeting. One position will be for a 1 year term, and two positions will be for 3 year terms.
Missy Bridges and Kristi Diaz will remain on the board for one more year to fulfill the balance of their terms and Frank Pohlkamp is willing to run for the one year term that is opening.
At the first board meeting, after the annual meeting, we will discuss each board members unique talents and qualifications and hold another election to determine specific offices.
We are inviting all interested residents to attend the January Board Meeting this coming Tuesday, January 18th. The meeting will be at 7 pm at the home of Frank Pohlkamp at 60 Iviers Drive. If you are able to attend, please call Missy Bridges at 367-8289 or Frank Pohlkamp at 690-1686.
