Bayonne Place POA Residents, The Bayonne Christmas decorations on the Bayonne marker and the lights and extension cords on bushes in front of it were stolen last night. One ornament was left laying in the flower bed.  Bayonne POA President, Frank Pohlkamp called the police and reported the theft this morning. The police stated that they will increase the patrols. At this time, the board is weighing the risk of repurchasing the decorations and having them installed, given the fact that there are only 11 days until Christmas and that this is the second year in a row that the decorations have been stolen.  If anyone has any information regarding this situation, please contact one of the board members.  We are asking for your help in identifying the thieves.  Reclamation of Stolen Property The LR police have lots of stolen items thought to belong to Chenal residents. An Epernay property owner reclaimed a sample bag and I -go device that was stolen from her car a little over a week ago. There are still multiple GPS's, MP3 players, satellite radios, hunting stuff, etc. being held.   If items have been stolen from your auto or home, and if those items have been recovered by the LRPD, they can be reclaimed at 600 West Markham which is Traffic Court. Proceed behind the Traffic Court building to the Property garage. You will need to present proper identification.   If stolen items are recovered shortly after the theft, sometimes LRPD may call the property owner to come to the NW Division at 10001 Kanis Road to reclaim items. Otherwise, stolen items are transferred to the Property garage at 600 West Markham.
