The 2010 Bayonne Place POA dues of $200.00 were due on or before March 31.  The Board of Directors has been made aware that some residents did not receive their notice of the annual meeting (the dues notice was in with the meeting notice), so we are extending the date that dues can be paid without a $30.00 late fee.  The date after which a late fee will be added is now Friday, April 16, 2010.  On May 1, 2010 a list of all property with outstanding POA dues will be forwarded to our attorney to start the process of filing a lien on the property.

If your payment has been mailed, we have not received it.  If you mailed your payment to our previous address, it may not be forwarded to us.
