On Wednesday, 3/10, while Mrs. Al-Shukri was home, a man rang the door bell and knocked on the door many times, for approximately 10 minutes, then left the house. That afternoon, between 2 and 4 pm, while Mrs. Al-Shukri was out, someone broke a window in the back of the house and entered without disturbing the alarm system. This person then ransacked the bedrooms and bathrooms and took gold and cash. Upon arriving home Mrs. Al-Shukri called 911. The police arrived one hour later. They did not find any finger prints.
Neighbors saw a silver colored vehicle near her house. Police told Mrs. Al-Shukri that similar burglaries have taken place in other local neighborhoods.
