2010 Assessments Due Now

Thank you to those homeowners who have already paid their 2010 property owners assessments.  If you haven't submitted your dues, there is still time.  Remember, dues are payable on March 31st of each year and are considered late and subject to a $30 late charge after April 1st.  The Bayonne Place Board will file a lien and the homeowner will be responsible for the assessment plus penalty and legal fees if not paid within 90 days of due date.

If you did not receive your 2010 invoice or have misplaced it, the Bayonne Place annual assessments have never been raised.  The current assessment remains at $200 per year.

If you have not already done so, please remit a check for $200 to:

Bayonne Place POA
PO BOX 242414
Little Rock, AR 72223

Feel free to direct any questions to Lynn Reynolds, 868-4983 or at lynnreynolds@comcast.net.

Community Standards

Attractive, well kept homes enhance the value of all the properties in a neighborhood.  The following is a short list of the Bayonne Place Property Owners Association Regulations.  If you would like a full copy of the regulations, please contact Jerry Spears, 868-5792 or rdsinvestment@sbcglobal.net.

Garbage Cans and Recycling Bins - Shall not be visible from the streets if not kept in homeowner's garage and shall be removed from the street as promptly as possible on trash days.

Trailers and Commercial Vehicles - While it is occasionally necessary to park a trailer for a few days in a driveway, to do so on a regular basis is against our By-Laws.  If this applies to you, please park your trailer within an enclosed storage unit or garage.  The By-Laws prohibit the parking of commercial vehicles on the streets or in driveways.

Signs - No signs of any type shall be kept permanently at the entry way to Bayonne Place.  "Open House" signs shall not be placed at the entry any earlier than two hours before an open house begins and shall be promptly removed after the open house hours.

Lighting - If you notice street lights that are out or that run 24/7 please contact Kristi Diaz, 868- 1398 or kristidiaz@mac.com.

Yard Maintenance - Each property owner has a duty and responsibility to keep their property in a well-maintained, safe, clean and attractive condition at all times.  As stated in our By-Laws, maintenance includes, but is not limited to:

  • Prompt removal of all litter, trash, refuse and waste
  • Timely lawn mowing and edge trimming
  • Tree and shrub pruning as necessary
  • Watering of lawns and shrubbery
  • Keeping lawn and garden areas alive, free of weeds and attractive
Other Issues

New Directory -  In the next several weeks, the board expects to have an updated directory out to all residents of Bayonne Place .  If you have any changes to your information or know of any residents that are not receiving correspondence by mail or email, please contact Missy Bridges, 367-8289 or mbrid50765@aol.com.

Neighborhood Crime Watch - The board is following up on previous efforts to initiate a neighborhood crime watch program.  We will soon have signage and will work to coordinate a neighborhood wide effort to get every resident involved.

Social Programming - There has been interest expressed in starting some neighborhood social groups.  If anybody has suggestions or interest in coordinating activities such as Bunco groups, dinner clubs, etc., please contact Missy Bridges, 367-8289 or mbrid50765@aol.com.

We are blessed to live in a beautiful community with wonderful neighbors.  Please feel free to contact any of your board members with your suggestions and concerns.

Your Bayonne Place Property Owners Association Board
