Colleagues and Friends of the Foundation,
 
Here is your May edition of the RGHF "Our Foundation" newsletter. As usual, it is packed with information about success: humanitarian projects, Alumni, Peace Fellows, and our continued push toward 100% Polio Eradication.

 

As a Past Chair and President of RGHF, I am often asked what is the connection between our past and the present; and the future of Rotary and its Foundation. Some have questioned why a history fellowship produces a Foundation newsletter.

 

The reason is - it helps complete the picture.

 

When we examine our past, we begin to understand why this organization has been so successful for over 100 years. Our values and our hopes have never changed. The thoughts and dreams of Paul Harris are as relevant today as they were on 23rd February 1905. Today, we are fulfilling Harris' visions through our worldwide organization and its wonderful Foundation.

 

Building Communities and Bridging Continents - that's what we do - it is President Ray's vision, it is Paul Harris' dream.
